We use your information to respond to you, schedule and perform work, send estimates and invoices, and follow up about the job.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help run the website: hosting on Cloudflare Pages, and email delivery of form submissions through an email service provider. If we add other tools, we’ll update this page.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not load third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job information only as long as we need it to do the work, answer questions about it, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent directly to our business inbox. The website itself doesn’t store them. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging plumbing work. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
